Training Facilitator

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Facilitator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training packages for various audiences, including police, local authorities, schools, and more.

The successful candidate will possess a combination of design expertise, facilitation skills, and a passion for delivering impactful training experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their training needs and objectives.
  • Design and develop training materials, including participant guides, slide decks, and interactive activities.
  • Customise training programmes to suit the specific requirements of different audience groups.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions both online and in-person, ensuring active participation and knowledge transfer.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
  • Actively seek out and secure new training opportunities through lead generation and networking.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, incorporating feedback and making improvements as needed.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of modern slavery.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in online training delivery platforms and technology.
  • Strong design skills and ability to tailor materials to different learning objectives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and secure training contracts is a plus.
